Customizable Receipt

With Receipt Settings you shape the printed receipt for your shop: business details, logo, which fields appear, and the printer. The Receipt Preview on the right updates as you change settings, so the customer’s printed receipt shows your shop information.
Menu path: Settings → Receipt Settings.
Step by step: receipt settings
1. Enter business details
On the Business tab:
- Business Name, Address, Phone, Website
- Receipt Notes (each line prints as a separate item under the receipt)
- Currency (the unit used for prices; independent of the app language)
- Default Delivery Buffer (Days) (delivery date on new receipts)
- Default Print Copies (for Save & Print in Receipt & Intake)
Then click Save Settings.
2. Set appearance
On the Appearance tab:
- Upload a Receipt Logo (PNG or JPG; about 160×60 px recommended)
- Toggles: Show logo on receipt, Show customer debt, Show customer phone, Show payment method, Show discount line, Show barcode on receipt
Click Save Appearance Settings to keep the changes. Uploading a logo is not enough; you must save the appearance settings.
3. Choose the printer
On the Printing tab, pick the receipt printer under Printer Selection; leave it empty to use System Default. Click Save Printer.
This tab also has Number Sequencing, where you set the next number for new receipts (e.g. A150). For a large number slip, use the Numerator screen.
4. Preview and test
Check the result in Receipt Preview on the right. Try Preview, Test Print, or Save as PDF.
Good to know
- This screen requires the Receipt settings permission.
- Debt, discount, or logo lines do not print if there is nothing to show, even when the related option is on. For example, if the customer has no debt, the debt line is omitted.
- For barcode pickup, the barcode must be shown on the receipt; see Barcode Delivery.
- Business, appearance, and printer are saved separately; save before switching tabs.
Tips
- Keep the logo wide and simple so it stays readable on narrow receipt paper.
- Put short items such as return or storage notes in Receipt Notes.
- After changing printers, use Test Print to confirm the output looks right.
- Set currency once to match how you price; it avoids confusion later.
