Numerator

Numerator

Numerator reprints an existing receipt number in large print. When you only need a number slip for a hanger, bag, or the counter, you do not have to reprint the full receipt.

Menu path: General → Numerator.

Step by step: print a number

1. Open the Numerator screen

Go to General → Numerator. On the left you see the receipt list / search; on the right, Number Preview.

2. Find the receipt

Type in Search by receipt number, customer, or product, then select the matching receipt.

  • If nothing matches, you see Receipt not found; check the number or search text.

3. Check the preview

After you select a receipt, Number Preview shows the receipt number, customer name, and product summary. Check this so you do not print the wrong slip.

4. Print Number

Use Print Number to send the number slip to the printer. Printer selection follows the same receipt printing settings.

You can also use Print Number from the Receipt List row menu.

Good to know

  • Numerator does not create a new number; it reprints the number already stored on the receipt.
  • The slip shows a large receipt number, customer name, and product summary; it is not a full receipt print.
  • The Numerator page uses its own view permission; printing from the list may require receipt print permission.

Tips

  • For hangers or bags, a number slip is enough; you do not need to reprint the full receipt.
  • At a busy counter, search by receipt number; similar customer names can mix results up.
  • Check the customer name and product summary in the preview before printing.
  • If number printing fails, check the selected receipt printer first.
