These Terms of Service govern your use of the KurutemPro desktop application and the kurutempro.com website. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to these terms.
Parties and Scope
This agreement is between KurutemPro ("we") and the individual or entity using the software ("User"). It covers the KurutemPro desktop application, its updates, documentation, and the kurutempro.com website.
License and Demo Use
KurutemPro is commercial software activated with a license key. A demo version may be offered for evaluation with limited duration or functionality. When the demo expires or a license becomes invalid, full functionality may be restricted. Licenses are non-transferable and may only be used by the business that purchased the license.
Use of the Software
The software is designed to manage operational processes for dry-cleaning and similar textile care businesses. You may use the software only within the scope of your valid license or demo rights and in compliance with applicable law. Reverse engineering, decompilation, bypassing license protection, or unauthorized copying is prohibited.
User Obligations
The User is responsible for the accuracy of customer and business data entered into the software and for collecting and storing it lawfully. The User must maintain computer security, perform regular data backups, and keep the license key confidential. The software may not be rented, sold, or sublicensed to third parties.
Intellectual Property
The KurutemPro software, its interface, logo, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights belong to KurutemPro. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software; it grants only a limited right of use.
Data Backup and Responsibility
Your business data is stored locally on your computer by default. Using Google Drive or other backup options is entirely your choice. KurutemPro cannot be held liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, viruses, or unauthorized access; we strongly recommend regular backups.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" and "as available." No express or implied warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the software will meet all of your business requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KurutemPro is not liable for data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or indirect damages. In any case, our total liability is limited to the license fee you paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred.
Updates and Service Changes
Software updates, bug fixes, and new versions may be offered from time to time at releases.kurutempro.com. Installing updates is the User's responsibility. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license in case of license violation, non-payment, or breach of these terms. After termination, you must stop using the software and remove installed copies. Locally stored data may remain on your computer after termination; deletion is the User's responsibility.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
